Overview
Enjoy your short safari of three days in Uganda and see a lot of interesting things mostly great apes such as Gorillas, primates like monkeys since you will be able to trek Gorillas in their wild, record different bird species and other beautiful creatures that will make your trip/safari more enjoyable. Your safari will start and end from Entebbe airport and you will have several stopovers while on your journey. Hope to visit one National Park but with interesting information of what you need Bwindi Impenetrable National Park which is located in the Western part of the country Uganda.
Day 1. Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
As you get at the airport the safari driver guide will warmly welcome you for the safari, brief you then after drive heading to the agreed location. Have a stopover at the Equator for picnic lunch, photo shoot, good view and also visiting the craft shop to buy some souvenirs to take home for remembrance. Continue with the journey later to check in with the booked lodge.
Day 2. Gorilla habituation experience
Gorilla habituation defers from gorilla trekking – gorilla trekking takes one hour while habituation one spends four hours in the presence of Gorillas. For that matter, after an early breakfast drive straight to the park offices and present your gorilla permit. You will be briefed by the ranger guide then later lead you into the field in search for these amazing great apes. Remember, a group of four people is the maximum allowed to habituate a given gorilla family.
After you will move back to the starting point to meet your safari driver guide and drive back to the lodge for late lunch. Relax as your waiting for the Departure next morning.
Day 3. Optional activity, drive back to Kampala.
This day it will be the last day of your safari where you will wake up early morning and have your peaceful breakfast, prepare and pack all your belongings and embark on your journey to Kampala. Be dropped at the airport on time and fly back home.
